​​​​SARAH HARGIS LOPEZ, our Principal Consultant and Co-founder, has 15 years of experience directing high-stakes operations, growth initiatives, and major projects for large non-profit organizations and education institutions in some of the nation’s largest cities, including San Antonio, TX; San Diego, CA; and Louisville, KY. She is a communications strategist skilled in change management, crisis management, organizational development, public relations, strategic planning and group facilitation with extensive experience advising and supporting C-suite executives. ​

DAVID LOPEZ, our Founder and Senior Consultant, brings over 20 years of experience in launching, managing, and expanding organizations. He has a wealth of expertise in business development, fundraising, organizational management, program design, and board development, serving both for-profit and non-profit sectors. His strategic consulting and coaching are deeply informed by his time in high-impact leadership roles, including Global Knowledge Lead for Fundraising and Development at Teach For All, Chief Development Officer at Metro United Way, Founding Executive Director at Teach For America - San Diego, and Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at USAdelante.
